You'll Need:
Chicken
Egg Noodles
1/2 stick Butter or Marg.
Low Fat Northern Italian Dressing
Lemon
Salt & Pepper
Directions
Place chicken into ziplock bag, add dressing to the bag so that the chicken is covered, seal the bag and place in the fridge for at least one hour.
Put the noodles, in a pot, add water. Cut the 1/2 stick of butter into smaller pieces and add to the pot. Bring water to a boil while stirring periodicaly.
Remove chicken from the plastic bag and grill. Cook the chicken until it is slightly charred on the edges.
Place the cooked noodles on a plate, top with the chicken and add lemon slices to the top of the chicken. Add Salt & Pepper as needed.
